Before The Event

The Student Body Council (SBC) meets for the upcoming Student Body Organization (SBO); the SBO Outing, where every student goes out for field trip or swimming etc. The SBC offered options for the students to decide upon. The options are KULTURA, PTA, Rosales, Hundred Islands, Riverview ad more. Unanimously, hundred islands gained the votes.

The payment for the said outing is 200.00 For only 200 pesos, a person can already go to one of the most wonderful places in the Philippines. Imagine, all the way from La Trinidad, Benguet to Alaminos, Pangasinan, one will just pay 200 including the transportation; back and forth, palatable foods, great experience and more.

However, many students are still trying to make the payments up until 3:00 this afternoon. I am one of them. I want to extend my gratitude to Kua Herbie Gonzales who extended his financial assistance of 100.00 to pay for the fee. I just have to gain 100 pesos to complement the whole amount with the grace of Kua Herbie.

Everyone is excited for the outing because it is a chance to have a bonding with other fellows in a different place than the school. Couples, I think, are excited too because the grandiose view of the ocean will make the moment very romantic. When I asked one of the Campus Couples if they are already paid, they said that they were the early payers. :-) Friends can have a special kind of fellowship; fellowship outside the school, not inside the dining hall (where fellowship is usually held), nor in the mission house (where special fellowship is usually held). The EMOS will have their opportunity to cast their emotional disturbances through the waves of the sea.

What an exciting fellowship!!!
